Part 1: The Child
- You will get strategies and tools so that kids learn to manage their own feelings and understand other people’s feelings.
- You’ll get tools to help kids work out problems–by themselves or with a little help.
- You’ll create an environment that feels safe, where kids know what is expected of them and they feel understood. A place where kids have a high degree of self motivation, so you don’t have to rely on bribes or threats.

Part 2: The Inner Game
